Here at Vinyl on the Wall, all our products are made to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or refunds on any of our products.

If you feel that you have received a defective product, please contact us by emailing us at [email protected] within 30 days from purchase date. Unfortunately 30 days after your purchase, we can not offer you any replacements. If during application of any of our products, you find a error, we will replace your exact vinyl at no charge. You will be required to send a photo showing the defect/problem. This will help us to fix the defect and prevent the same problems from occurring again.

Vinyl on the Wall will cover any replacement shipping costs.
